War for the Waking World is the third and final installment of the Dreamtreader trilogy.  A Rift has occurred and now the Dream World and the Waking World are fused together; everything is in chaos. Archer and his fellow Dreamtreaders are hard-pressed to repair the Rift and restore balance to the world.  Kara, Archer’s ex-best friend, is now the new Nightmare Lord and preparing an army to destroy the Dreamtreaders and claim the world for herself.  What is worse is that Kara is now more powerful than before and has allies working to see that the Dreamtreaders fail to repair the Rift.  Will Archer and his fellow Dreamtreaders be strong enough to defeat their devious and powerful foes?

The book was definitely excellent and exciting.  It contained a lot of powerful themes like redemption, not losing sight of why we follow the plans God has for us, and that we are accountable for our actions and the choices we make be they good or bad.  It’s an exciting fantasy full of adventure, cliffhangers, twists, and adrenaline-filled moments.  For these reasons I would recommend this book to others and hope that the spiritual messages that it speaks touch readers’ hearts, opens their eyes and expands their walk with God.
